This year was a very fun adventure in shopping at second-hand stores. My results post will be posted on the last day of the year, but I wanted to create a top 11 for 2011 list. Thrift store shopping not only gave me experiences, but I found several new favorite pieces for my closet (and my house). Here are my top favorite eleven finds for 2011, which totaled $59 (and some change).

No. 8: Print sundress by Magic - Recycled Rooster for $8

No. 7: Knee-high boots with heel - Moozie's Closet for $6

No. 6: Capris jeans by jag - Goodwill, NC for $5

No. 5: Teal Converse shoes - Recycled Rooster for $9

No. 4: Floral summer tank top - Sunshine Shoppe for $1

No. 3: Black sweater wrap - Salvation Army for $3

No. 2: Navy pullover sweater by a.n.a. - Moozie's for $8

No. 1: Christmas tree topper star - Twice As Nice for $5

Thrift store shopping is unique every time because you never know what you are going to find. Sometimes when I went, I had something in mind I was looking for, but often, I left with something completely different. All of these pieces were not what I was looking for, but I ended up getting them and loving them, just the same!
